• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat X Pro
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple activities
• Ability to work in a teamwork/collaborative style and environment
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong process focus
• CPA, financial or law firm experience preferred but not required
